Essentially, EveryPlate tries to have something for everyone – a no-fuss, no-frills meal delivery service for people who value simplicity, their time, affordability, and tasty, home-cooked meals.

Meal Plan Options

EveryPlate offers four types of meal plans: Classic Plate, Veggie Plate, Family Plate, and Easy Plate. The Classic Plate features foodie-favorite meals containing meat, seafood, and veggie options. The Veggie Plate removes meat from the menu, making each meal vegetarian friendly. The Family Plate features kid-friendly meals for picky eaters. Lastly, the Easy Plate consists of simple-to-cook meals, meaning you can cook and clean within 30 minutes.

EveryPlate allows customers to completely customize each meal through the CustomPlate feature, adding, swapping, or upgrading proteins and sides. For example, if one of the meal choices is chicken tacos, you can switch that to shrimp tacos with the click of a button. Similarly, you can substitute a double portion of vegetables for rice or pasta. Depending on your selections, this option costs $0.49-$3.99 additional per serving.

Another unique thing about EveryPlate is its sheer number of meal options. There are always at least 12 meals to choose from, and they change every single week. The company also centers its boxes around seasonal ingredients to keep meals fresh and weather appropriate.

EveryPlate plans are available for either two or four people, and you can choose three, four, or five meals each week. Of course, you're welcome to change your plan week to week, so one week you may want three meals and the next you may choose five. All meals are always $4.99 per serving, no matter what. Keep in mind that customizations may cost extra, as mentioned above. Students also get a generous 20% discount. Generally, deliveries are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, although you may find you have different options based on the area you live.

Cost of the Subscription

Customize with different proteins or select double portions, you may pay an additional $0.49-$3.99 per serving. Shipping is a flat $8.99 per week, regardless of how many meals you are receiving. Even taking shipping weekly costs into account, EveryPlate amounts to under $40 per week for three complete meals for two people – an unmatched value.

How to Order

EveryPlate's signature ease of use begins right from the signup process. Going back to its mission statement, You Decide, We Deliver, You Devour, the company really does keep it this simple.

To get started with EveryPlate, you simply visit the website and select "Sign Up" from the homepage. Then you'll select and customize your plan, choosing three, four, or five meals per week for either two or four people. Next, you'll enter in some basic information including your delivery address and choose your first delivery date. From there, you'll get to select your meals for the following week. It's that easy!

Once you are set up as an EveryPlate customer, ordering regularly is a breeze. Each week, you'll select your meals from the available 12+ options for delivery the following week. No commitment is ever required, so you're welcome to skip weeks, swap and customize recipes, add meals on, or change your delivery day as often as you'd like.

Unpacking the Box

Each EveryPlate box is shipped in 100% recyclable packaging and includes plenty of ice packs that keep the food fresh even if you are not home when your box is delivered. Everything to make your selected meals is included: meats, vegetables, side dishes, pre-made sauces, and seasonings. The only items not included are kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, cooking oil. You also receive an easy-to-follow, step-by-step recipe and instructions with nutrition facts for each meal.
