It’s easy to eat keto when low-carb meals arrive at your door, ready to cook. It’s even easier when those meals are delicious.

We’ve gathered a list of 2023’s most delicious keto-friendly entrees from our four favorite meal delivery companies. Whether you’re a keto veteran or a zero-carb newbie, you’re sure to find something you love.

These are our favorite keto meals, delivered by Green Chef:

Chili-Ginger Pork Tenderloin

Succulent pork, crunchy almonds, spicy ginger, and tangy chili aioli made this dish exciting for even our most adventurous taste testers. Once we added the optional roasted broccoli and chili-lemon slaw, this dish became a full-fledged meal. If you’re worried you’ll be hungry after enjoying a Green Chef meal, trust us: they know how to fill you up.

Like all Green Chef meals, the Chili-Ginger Pork Tenderloin is ready in 30 minutes or less. After prepping the pork tenderloin and popping it in the oven, we turned our attention to seasoning the broccoli and coleslaw. In our final step, we mixed the cooked pork with the sides. Just like that, dinner was ready to eat.

Vegetable Beef Soup

If you’re reading this on a chilly day or rainy night, you probably have comfort food on the mind. We know firsthand; we cooked this carrot, celery, green bean, and ground beef soup in the middle of February (in the Midwest, no less) and it hit the spot perfectly.

After seasoning and cooking the ground beef in a large pot, we simply added the veggies along with a generous helping of tomato broth. We seasoned it to taste, transferred the soup to serving bowls, and topped the final product off with shredded parmesan (all included by Green Chef, of course).

Cumin-covered chicken breast, crispy purple cabbage, roasted zucchini, and red pepper cream covered our plate in a rainbow of greens, purples, tans, and reds, making for a deliciously spicy meal that’s high on protein and low on carbs.

No need for cooking instructions here: we just microwaved the main dish, covered everything in a side serving of red pepper cream, and ate!

Smoky Bacon and Cheddar Egg Bites

Factor also offers add-ons meals and snacks to pair with any order. This add-on was our favorite way to eat breakfast on the go. Factor’s chefs make these egg bites by mixing egg yolks with heavy cream and bacon bits, then roasting them into a puff. These puffs have all the texture of a biscuit with none of the carbs.

We simply popped these in the microwave for a few seconds each and they were ready to eat. They made the perfect breakfast – a quick heat-up and we were ready for the day!

Shawarma Chickpea Lettuce Wraps

HelloFresh’s Shawarma Chickpea Lettuce Wraps are like little keto gyros, a healthy take on the fast-food favorite. Meaty chickpeas, creamy yogurt sauce, and a touch of spicy onions are all balanced with the crunch of fresh lettuce.

To create these wraps, we first baked the shawarma-seasoned chickpeas to soften them up. Next, we added our baked chickpeas onto pieces of lettuce, topped it all with tomatoes and zucchini, and dipped the final product into a creamy yogurt spread we whipped up on the side.

Cherry Balsamic Bavette Steak

We love a good steak, especially with an excellent sauce, and HelloFresh delivers with a sweet and tangy balsamic dressing. When slathered onto medium- or medium-rare steak, this semi-sweet glaze balances perfectly with the umami crunch of roasted Brussels sprouts.

While baking the Brussels sprouts, we pan-fried the steak. On a separate burner, we cooked the dried cherries and balsamic vinaigrette over a low heat, mixing slowly until the flavors joined forces.

Home Chef

These are our favorites from the Carb-Conscious lineup:

Spicy Piri Piri Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Lean ground turkey, Persian cucumbers, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, and sour cream pair perfectly with roasted pepper halves in this first dish. When we tried the Piri Piri-seasoned ground turkey, we were surprised by the spicy kick – and loved it. The sweetness of the pepper perfectly balances the Piri Piri spiciness, making the dish tasty for any palate.

This meal only took us 15 minutes to make. While the pepper halves roasted, we cooked the ground turkey, tomatoes, and cucumbers in a pan. Once all the ingredients were ready, we stuffed the peppers and topped them with feta. Bonus trick: we then popped everything back into the oven for a few minutes, to get the feta nice and melted, before serving it all up.

Cranberry Goat Cheese-Stuffed Chicken

Goat cheese belongs on chicken. In this dish, the creamy goat cheese mellowed out the tart cranberry vinaigrette, and the combination brought a whole new world to roasted chicken. Home Chef includes ready-to-bake brussels sprouts to make the meal hearty as well as low-carb-y.

This meal was a snap to cook. We slit the chicken down the middle and baked it until it was nearly golden. While the chicken baked, we tossed the brussels sprouts with some oil, salt, and pepper, before throwing them in an air fryer for healthy frying. We then took the chicken out, filled it with goat cheese, and slid it back into the oven to create chicken-cheesy goodness. A few minutes later, dinner was served.
