How to Order

Once customers sign up, they'll start receiving their meals weekly on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. The cut-off order time is the previous Wednesday, 11:59 PM Central Time (depending on their zip code).

Customers can choose from four, six, eight, 12, or 18 meals per week and are allowed to mix and match between dietary categories. For example, a customer could enjoy mostly paleo and keto meals but choose to add gluten-free or high-protein options to satisfy a craving or meet dietary needs.

Factor members can register and access their accounts through the website or via a mobile app, available on iOS and Android. They can modify their meal options or book their free 20-minute dietitian consult from any of those options.
