Our Summary

Founded by a single dad, RealEats understands how a busy schedule can make daily and healthy cooking feel like an impossibility. This premade meal delivery service puts you back in control of your free time with meals delivered and ready to eat in minutes.

RealEats uses the “sous vide” method when pre-cooking and packaging meals. Popular in professional restaurants, chefs use the sous vide method to cook or warm plastic-vacuum-sealed ingredients by boiling them in water. This artisanal cooking method allows RealEats to ship customers fresh, chilled ingredients that are as easy to prep as they are delicious. Customers can select up to 12 meals a week and can choose dinners, breakfast foods, sides, snacks, and more.

How to Order

Follow our link to the RealEats site. Ours isn’t like all the other links: when you follow the link on our site, you’re automatically signed up for special discounts and promos on your first order!

Once on the RealEats site, follow the on-screen instructions to prepare for your first shipment.

Unpacking the Box

Once your shipment arrives at your door, it’s time to open the box and pop the fresh meals into your fridge as quickly as possible.

After opening the top of the box, you’ll notice the container is wrapped in a kind of thick plastic. This insulation kept your meals fresh on the ride over, but you won’t be needing it anymore. Remove the insulation and find your meals underneath!

Each meal is vacuum-sealed in boil-safe plastic and labeled. When boiling a meal sous vide style, be sure to follow the recommended heating time listed on the package. Remember to refrigerate any of the meals you won’t be enjoying immediately

Final Thoughts

RealEats uses the culinary technique “sous vide” to make your nightly cooking experience fast and flavorful. Every meal can be boiled (in the packaging) or microwaved (out of the packaging), making total cooking time take just about 6 minutes. With an always-changing menu featuring dinner entrees, breakfast options, proteins, sides, snacks, and more, you can leave your local grocery store in the dust.

With RealEats, you can find the secret to cooking fast and eating healthy right on your stovetop.
